Hampton By Hilton London Croydon Hotel

The staff at this hotel were really friendly and helpful, especially Manoj and Garima. They provided excellent service throughout my stay. the location of the hotel is great, just a 3-minute walk to the train station. This made it really convenient for me to navigate around the city. Lastly, the hotel was presented, with a clean and well-maintained appearance.

the breakfast provided was quite poor.

Staying here was awesome! This place is situated at a great location, just a few minutes away from East Croydon station. It only took me nearly 10 minutes to reach here from Garrick airport. This venue has some amazing staff, right from the reception desk to the staff at the bar and breakfast. They were all exceptional and really friendly. The hotel had many amenities like free wi-fi in rooms, in-room air conditioning, hair dryer, sink, free toiletries, bath/shower. The room was really comfortable and had all the necessary facilities that I needed. The staff brought me a spare duvet when I requested for one which was really nice. The breakfast on offer had a great variety and I really enjoyed it.

I recommend this hotel to everyone!

With shops and other hotels nearby, there is plenty to explore in the surrounding area. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, including fresh fruit and pastries. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a warm welcome and excellent service. this hotel provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay for travelers.

The blinds in some rooms are not blackout, allowing light to enter in the morning.

We were delighted with the cleanliness of the room and the overall presentation of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was a bonus. The hotel's location near the train station made it convenient for trips to the city center, Gatwick Airport, and Brighton. The nearby street food restaurant, The Box, provided plenty of options for dining in the afternoon or evening. We had a great sleep in the comfortable room and the bathroom was superb.

Felt very secure, and the staff were always willing to assist with anything we needed.

During my recent stay at Hampton, I experienced an unfortunate incident with the water system. the management handled it well and did everything they could to make amends. I was impressed with their responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which was like a comfortable home away from home. The room, located on the 8th floor, was set up nicely with a great view. The staff were really good, providing a very good service with their friendly and helpful demeanor. The hotel's location was superb, being very close to East Croydon station, making transportation convenient. it was a short distance to the shopping area, adding to the convenience factor.
